Tektronix’s Newton product line was created to harness a display platform that was reflective of the Web 2.0 design style. This change to a more modern and updated style required all of the buttons for the interface to be redesigned to comply this visual standard. All of the function and action buttons were recreated in a more user friendly style which greatly increased the usability of the Oscilloscope.
