The WIT group, set up initially to help women at Tektronix to create a community for women while also sharing ideas for moving their careers forward, has become a leading internal organization. Based on the number and type of events that they have hosted many different types of collateral were needed and created.

As a unique way to spread the word about the organization a pen with a flag advertisement about the group was created to give away at events. This flag could be pulled out of the pen it was housed in.
